The records in DayLynx belong to your center and your families — not to us. We do not sell them, rent them, or mine them for advertising. There are no ads and no behavioral tracking on pages with children's records, and children never create accounts or interact with DayLynx directly: parental consent comes before the child record exists at all.
How we handle children's data specifically is written up in plain language on how we protect your children's data and, in full detail, in our COPPA Notice and Privacy Policy. And if you want to see how access control works inside the product — roles, permissions, and the audit trail — that lives on staff permissions and security.
